About the opportunity
As our Programme Manager - Business improvement, you'll be responsible for ensuring we have a 'best in class' business improvement project delivery process and pipeline which delivers optimised business results to enable Transpower's strategic goals.
You'll ensure we have continuous improvement and delivery frameworks in place, and that business improvement projects are appropriately planned, managed and resourced.
You'll deliver a transformation programme that consists of agile and waterfall project methodologies, embedded continuous improvement processes, effective governance and develop a clear 5 year transformation plan.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager, with Project Manager capability, to drive value for Transpower by working closely with our vendors and service providers, and our Grid Delivery, Information Services & Technology, and EPMO teams.
