  • Our Human Capital team are looking for someone like you, a SAP payroll specialist, to join us in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to help us continue to make an impact that matters.

    What might your day look like with us?

  • Scoping client needs, conduct workshops to gather AS-IS, TO-BE and gap fit analysis, and lead parts of the business process re-engineering requirements.
  • Using your subject matter expertise in payroll, contribute to blueprint design, configuration of the system and working with development teams to create technical documentation.
  • Test solutions and perform fit for purpose analysis on proposed solutions.
  • Assist our Application Support team to resolve upcoming and escalated service tickets post go live and enhancements requirements.
  • Develop relationships and contribute to sharing ideas, knowledge and development of colleagues and wider community (colleagues, clients and network).
  • Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Experience implementing SAP Payroll solutions (HCM or SuccessFactors) in a professional services or industry environment.
  • Be a subject matter expert on all things payroll - business processes, best practice and understanding the effects of legislation (ideally NZ, but not mandatory).
  • Business Analysis skills with an eye for detail to complete specifications, documentation, standardisation and operational efficiency at a high level to add tangible value back to our clients.
  • Open communication style which encourages change management initiatives, fosters inclusion and gains trust with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
  • Ability to work in cross functional on and offshore teams to help deliver a single vision focused on client satisfaction.
