Senior Advisor, Design and Commissioning Team in Commissioning and Service Improvement

    We have a vacancy for a Senior Advisor in the Design and Commissioning team within our Commissioning and Service Improvement group.

    The group is the initial interface to assess and determine operational implications that may arise from policy, legislative, or business change and ensure that design, process, procurement or other detailed implementation occurs effectively.

    The Design and Commissioning team is responsible for the high-level assessment and analysis of service options drawing on data, research and customer insights to inform improvements to our service delivery.

    The Senior Advisor will apply their advanced skills and knowledge to contribute to the delivery of a planned and systematic work programme that improves services, using a range of methodologies, that could include service design and other analytical tools.

    To be successful in this position you will have :

  • a thorough understanding of different customer improvement and change methodologies, tools and approaches
  • proven ability and experience of successfully delivering at pace putting the customer at the centre
  • a proactive approach to problem solving and experience using the right tools and approaches in different situations
  • high level written and verbal communication skills
  • sound relationship management skills and experience
  • a well-developed collaborative approach
