It is set on 7.2 hectares of land. A pristine presentation of Kennedy Park's grounds, lawns and gardens play a significant part in the guests' overall positive impression.
We are seeking an experienced Groundsperson to assist with the maintenance of Kennedy Park's extensive assets and grounds, including lawns, gardens, buildings, and pools so that they are presented and maintained to a very high standard.
You will work to the maintenance / grounds schedule and specific standards set by the Kennedy Park Assets Coordinator, including but not limited to buildings, turf and plant care.
You will also assist with a variety of other operational tasks throughout the resort as and when required.

It is a requirement of Napier City Council that only those workers who are fully vaccinated (i.e. have completed a NZ Government recognised course of COVID-19 vaccination and can provide an electronic copy or screenshot of a Government endorsed Vaccine Pass to demonstrate this) will be able to carry out work at Napier City Council workplace or represent Napier City Council in public.
