In order to help us keep developing we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us keep NZ hospitality working.
Your experience in hospitality means that you understand the pressure that our clients can be under at times and your communication style will allow you to successfully interact with people at all levels.
You will have contacts in the local hospitality scene and also be comfortable making the first approach and building strong, beneficial relationships.
You will be the face of Bravo and will be selling TEMPORARY STAFFING SOLUTIONS, PERMANENT RECRUITMENT and our new CLEANING DIVISION, so you will need to be able to identify opportunities from small cafes to large catering businesses as well as corporates.
We want someone enthusiastic and professional with a great personality representing our brand, understanding we are a boutique agency and not run of the mill.
We have a unique offering with high quality staff and exceptional service and will stop at nothing to keep our clients businesses working.
This role is part time (approx. 20 hours per week) and we can be flexible on days and hours in order to fit around your other commitments.
We do have an office in the city but you would able to work from a home office some of the time, and of course you will be out and about visiting our clients regularly.
You will have some sales experience, preferably new business, and be able to develop a sales funnel and are confident closing a deal.
