Harvey Norman Head Office has a rare opportunity for a Product Coordinator to join the buying team of our Bedding department.

In this role you will :
Support the Product Managers with the functions of the buying team, including data entry, price changes, reporting, management of samples, and communications to stores.
Assist other managers within the department with ad hoc administrative duties, as required.
Liaise with suppliers to collect product detail, images and promotional material.
Updating of point of sale material, poster requirements and provide general advertising support.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software programmes. Experience working with SAP would be an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to build professional relationships with suppliers and people at all levels of our business.
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple daily tasks and ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Fast, accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
A passion for home interiors and awareness of design trends is a must. Experience in the furniture or homewares industry would be advantageous.
