About the opportunityReporting to the Manager HR Services based in Tauranga, this role will partner with regional operations to provide expert support and advice in all areas of the employee life cycle.
This position will be responsible for deploying the HR strategy plan across relevant business areas, whilst managing HR related activities including organisational capability and capacity, talent management, change management and employee relations.
You will work alongside a broader team of HR professionals which includes HR Insight Specialist, HR Process / Design Lead, Training Team, Recruitment Specialist and Payroll Team.
Key responsibilities include : Coach and support managers to foster an engaged workforce and increased management capabilityPartner with C3 NZ regional operations to implement the HR strategy / planImplement HR project plans / programs alongside the HR team and senior leadersProvide support and advice on a range of generalist HR mattersBuilding partnerships within the business ensuring a collaborative and tactful approach while making change happenAbout youTo be successful in this role you will be a resilient HR Generalist, ideally from a large industrial based organisation.
You will have experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, remuneration, project planning, organisational development and change management.
