We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive Facilities team. This role will be based in Pōneke / Wellington but will support our offices nationally.

Key responsibilities of the role include :

Support the Facilities Manager / Facilities Team Leader with managing the Auckland & Wellington Offices’ facilities

Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure they are reporting any hazards, risks, accident or incidents

Liaise with cleaners and other contractors to ensure they understand their responsibilities

Support events as required to ensure any suppliers delivering to PwC offices take appropriate care and work safety around our premises and people

Support with security related matters (eg. access & identification cards, visitor & contractor access, security audits, card database maintenance etc.)

Experience in a similar facilities coordination role essential

Very good communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of staff and Partners

Proactively identifies and suggest ideas to improve operational activities

Ability to cope well under pressure and sense of responsibility

Positive attitude and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience

Must display a high level of teamwork with other stakeholders
