About Role :
The Business Development Manager position will be responsible for driving new business customer acquisition, increasing revenue, and building customer satisfaction in Lenovo's Mid-
Market prospects (accounts with 300-1000 employees) within the territory.
Develop a quarterly plans to increase Lenovo Mid-Market share in region
Identify & engage with Mid-Market accounts to acquire & develop business for Lenovo
Collaborate with selected Lenovo Channel partners to initiate customer acquisition & development strategies
Builds strong professional relationships with key IT & business executives
Engage with extended teams in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and product transition plans
Good understanding of markets & client industry to facilitate healthy client dialogue
Develop strategies for profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.
A proven successful track record in IT acquisition sales
Proven results in growing, developing & managing accounts
Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners across all levels of the organisation
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
