About the role
This permanent position is responsible for the development and operationalisation of the compliance and enforcement strategy for the Forestry ETS.
There will also be responsibility to manage the day-to-day delivery of a risk-based compliance programme of work that ensures compliance outcomes are achieved.
This role will ensure the integrity of the ETS for Forestry by leading the Compliance function to monitor, investigate and resolve compliance breaches.

Importantly, you will have experience managing compliance functions, applying penalties, prosecutions, undertaking compliance risk assessments, and drawing on a range of options for responding to non-compliance.
