In order for us to power ahead he is now building a solid quality assurance team to ensure that we are meeting customer expectations and following all the right processes within our frontline channels.
We have multiple channels, retail being the largest followed by telephony (contact centre) and digital (online services), this is where your strong eye for detail and process will be your greatest strength.
From listening to voice recordings to evaluating processes within our Centreforce CRM system, you will be doing it all.You will be an experienced customer / people centric focused individual with great communication, especially someone that enjoys working part of a larger team that is scattered across the country.
To be successful you will have : Previous experience in audit or quality assurance.Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and issue remediation.If you have a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) qualification or equivalent or be willing to undertake the qualification then come join the AA and see where a career with us will take you!
