Recruitment Advisor Mitre 10 MEGA Albany Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited RHHL owns and successfully operates the Mitre 10 Mega New Lynn Warkworth and Albany along with Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa stores We also proudly own and operate our three Columbus Coffee shops within our Mega stores and deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Prenail and do our own importing via Riviera Imports Our driven down to earth HR team support our nine business units across all aspects of HR and we are now seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a fixed term 12 month contract commencing February 2020 We are seeking a customer focused administration superstar to provide endtoend recruitment for both high and low volume roles across our group of companies ensuring we continue to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience to both candidates and internal recruiting managers Your duties in the role include Liaising with internal recruiting managers on their needs and creating job descriptions and advertisements Phone screening candidates Interviewing candidates and conducting Assessment Centres Reference and other background checking Coordination of offer and onboarding paperwork and process Administration of the candidate management system of which you will become our superuser Coordination of the offboarding process Assisting with recruitment projects General HR administrative support as required About you You have exceptional administrative and organisational skills and can deliver results from a busy workload You have experience as a trusted advisor serving internal customers and stakeholders and thrive on providing an exceptional service to customers You have a couple of years experience in administration recruitment and have set out on your recruitment and HR career journey Full training on the recruitment process will be provided by our HR team You are results driven with a sense of urgency and thrive on working at a fast pace You are down to earth work well in a team professional and are able to relate and communicate with people across all levels of the organisation You have a strong eye for detail as you will be managing employment agreements and offer paperwork You have strong organisational ability and work methodically not compromising on accuracy nor on deadlines You are tech savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Whats in it for you This role offers you the opportunity to be an integral part of one of New Zealand s fastest growing independent retail businesses We are proud to offer an industry leading learning and development framework opportunities to grow your career a generous staff purchase scheme and all the tools required to perform the role So grasp this opportunity and apply online today All employment offers are subject to Ministry of Justice Checks
