About our group and teamThe Parent Information Community Intelligence group designs and drives initiatives that support parents, whānau, hapū, iwi, employers, and communities (demand side groups) to positively influence our education system and help every New Zealander learn, progress and achieve.

Families are the most powerful influence on a child's progression and achievement. Building powerful reciprocal partnerships between whānau, communities and educators will help raise aspirations and lift progress and achievement for all learners.

The Programme Delivery team co-design, prototype, implement and support the delivery of programmes that have a deliberate focus on localised curriculum and contextualised learning, identity, language and culture as core components particularly in the area of Māori and Pacific learning, progress and achievement.

About this roleThe Integration Advisor (Principal Advisor) will work primarily in the Talanoa Ako programme and focused on ensuring that all Ministry work programmes appropriately consider the needs of demand side groups.

They work collaboratively across the Ministry and education agencies to amplify the voices of these stakeholders and ensure their perspectives and aspirations are integrated into work across the Ministry.
