Job Description
About the opportunity
Be the custodian of the product.
Assist in planning and executing the product roadmap.
Write, plan, prioritise user stories.
Analyse customer problems, review customer feedback and help prioritise solutions.
Develop innovative solutions to our users problems, delivering immediate benefit.
Test, plan and release new features and products and iterate quickly.
Categorising support tickets and enhancing tagging functionality.
Briefing new product ideas into development teams.
Conduct data collection and analysis to provide insights on specific customer issues.
Work collaboratively with the wider Xplor business.
Facilitate communication between internal teams to support the successful implementation of new products or features.
Be a proactive member of the company, helping cultivate a culture that reflects brand values.
Maintain a broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
Performing other job-related duties as required.

Qualifications
What would make me a good candidate?
Ideally 1-2 years of previous experience in a technical or product role.
Previous experience in the Childcare sector or Ed Tech software is a bonus
Relevant tertiary education qualifications as required
Great communication & interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to, and build consensus among, diverse audiences
Ability to work with distributed teams to deliver on large, complex initiatives
