Are you a health professional that wants to move from working with individuals to creating healthier workplaces?
The emphasis in this role is to promote health and wellbeing across the business and to implement nationally proactive and preventative initiatives to support our employees returning to work following injury to aid their wellbeing and recovery.
In this role you will engage with leaders and employees across the organisation, educating them to adopt new initiatives that support the prevention of injury.
You will also effectively manage relationships with external health professionals to ensure the successful rehabilitation, and return to work programs for our employees.
Being the expert in your field you will be confident promoting health and wellbeing in many different ways including facilitating seminars, workshops, and wellness programs.
You will need to be confident in promoting a range of different health and wellbeing topics including exercise, sleep and fatigue management, nutrition, stress management and promoting positive mental health.
You will need to have a very good understanding of injury management and / or rehabilitation.
To be successful in this role, It is ideal that you are familiar with being an ACC accredited employer and the associated processes surrounding this.
A relevant degree or demonstrated equivalent experience is desirable.
Please note that this role will require you to travel to different sites within your region.
Interviews will take place early May 2019 and the start date for the successful candidate will be July 2019.
