Part or full-timeThe purpose of the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC) is to promote and protect health and disability services consumers' rights and to facilitate the fair and efficient resolution of complaints relating to infringement of those rights.
This is an opportunity for a talented research analyst to join a skilled and passionate team dedicated to making a real difference across the health and disability sectorThe primary purpose of the Advisor, Research and Analysis role is to contribute to HDC's function by undertaking analysis of our complaints data in order to highlight systemic issues in the health and disability system.

Enthusiasm for, and a genuine interest in, the health and disability sector
Relevant work experience in research and analysis, particularly qualitative analysis
Excellent communication and writing skills
Recognised ability to review, summarise and analyse large amounts of information
A history of producing high quality work and consistently meeting competing deadlines.
A relevant tertiary qualification
