The person would ideally be a available for an immediate start and have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the customer service sector and dealing with a range of stakeholders.
The role available is full time 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Main responsibilities include :
Input retailer / wholesale orders
Process retail / wholesale customer queries
Process claim and returns
Manage customer 0800 support
Maintain open communication with CSM
Ideal candidate would have :
Tertiary qualification preferred
Experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service
Medium expert level in Microsoft packages
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail and the drive to succeed
Proven negotiation skills to achieve desired outcome
