About the role
Based in Auckland , this roles main focus is developing, influencing and driving sales for Dimond Roofing. Providing support and leadership to the Auckland sales resource and CSR teams, you will also work closely with the Operations team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Sales and margin growth are key performance indicators for the role. About you
To be successful in this role you will be commercially astute with a high level understanding of how the sales process affects the overall business performance.
You will be highly customer service oriented and enjoy working alongside the customer to solve problems and develop solutions.
Your ability to secure business using all available resources will be invaluable in this role, as will your exceptional planning skills as you use them to develop regular call cycles and face-to-face meetings with customers across the region.
It is most important that you can demonstrate proven performance in a sales and / or a technical advisory role at this level.
It would also be an advantage for you to have building industry experience and have experience in developing business based relationships both internally & externally.
