We are a family owned, New Zealand business employing over 300 people across 17 company owned locations throughout NZ distributing and retailing some of the world's leading brands of Agricultural machinery.

Power Farming West Coast is a small but dynamic team who is looking a fun, energetic person to take on this pivotal role.

It is a varied and dynamic role with responsibility for :

  • Providing first point of contact to customers both in person and on the phone
  • Managing all aspects of the branch administration functions ensuring that they are dealt with in an organised, accurate and customer focused manner.
  • This includes processing of deals / orders / invoices, completing bank reconciliations, managing of accounts receivable and payable, and executing month and year end processing.

  • Supporting the dealership with its customer relationship management system
  • Assisting with the administration of the Service (workshop) and Parts Departments
  • Preparing regular reporting requirements
  • Supporting the Parts Manager in over-counter sales.
  • To be successful you will have the following :

  • Proven experience in administration of at least 4 years, preferably in a dealership model organisation, parts or workshop services
  • Experience with account functions, specifically bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, procurement and month end activities
  • Have strong organisation and time management skills, high attention to detail and be able to manage multiple demands and priorities
  • A fabulous customer service focus, with excellent interpersonal skills and a can do attitude
  • Be self-managing while still being a team player
  • Be computer literate and competent with all basic Microsoft applications, ERP (Accounting) systems and able to pick up new, specialised software systems
  • Having knowledge of the tractor, automotive or parts industry would be beneficial
