This is an exciting, newly created senior nursing role for a New Zealand registered nurse (with a current practicing certificate) who has sound clinical experience working with children, young people and their families / whanau.
Working across the Child Health Service, you will develop and lead the implementation of initiatives to improve immunisation coverage across the DHB and for priority populations.
Co-ordinate the school based immunisation programmes across the three Child & Family sites and Improve linkages with primary care and Well Child Tamariki Ora providers To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and have experience in working across sectors.
