We're looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. The Administrator, Office of the Deputy Director-General supports the office in its delivery of high quality work programmes.

Te whainga poto o tēnei tūranga What is the purpose of this position?
This is a new position for the office. In this role the administrator supports the running of the office, including managing information requests, the office inbox, and coordinating the Directorate's workflow.
The administrator will work closely with the Manager of the office and the Senior Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director-General.
