We are looking for suitably qualified and / or experienced Youth Workers to provide casual relief support (day / night and sleepover shifts) which sometimes is requested at short notice in one of three community group homes in Christchurch managed by Barnardos.
Shift times are 7.00am 9.00am and 3.00pm 10.00pm with a 9 hour sleepover shift Friday Thursday of each week.
This type of work can be challenging but is also rewarding. The role of a casual Youth Worker is to support young people to make positive changes in their lives.
