    We are currently looking for two skilled operators with strong manufacturing experience who is a fast learner to help support Argenta’s production team to manufacture Animal Health products (liquids dose products), ensuring each product and batch meets quality specifications under cGMP standards of our manufacturing licenses.

    Two permanent Full time afternoon shift positions : Monday to Friday 2 : 00pm 10 : 00pm

    However, flexibility is required to work shift work and weekends when necessary.

    The key responsibilities will include :

  • Ensure timely preparation and availability of all materials to avoid shortage during production.
  • Performing in-process quality testing to ensure products are manufactured to a high quality.
  • Operating assembly, packing and labelling equipment, performing in-process checks to ensure products are packed to a high quality
  • Troubleshooting mechanical problems and providing feedback to Engineer
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and cleanliness within the production area
  • Ensure all equipment used is cleaned, calibrated, and lubricated between batches
  • Production batch documentation is completed accurately and is compliance to cGMP standards
  • To be successful in this role we’re looking for someone who has :

  • A proven manufacturing background 3 years minimum in an environment with a strong focus on quality and following SOP’s
  • Pharmaceutical / animal health industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Work experience in a GMP environment is essential
  • Good understanding of health and safety issues
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
  • A current fork hoist licence preferred but not essential
