Your Role :
In your new role as Senior Personal Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the Executive General Manager - Construction Delivery and will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to him, dealing with high level, urgent and confidential issues.
You will be operating at a senior level, so you must be confident in communicating with people of all levels within the organisation, industry, and wider community.

Your Skills :
To be successful in the role, you will have extensive administrative experience within a large corporate environment, where you have previously supported someone at a senior management level.
You will have a proven record in establishing and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal staff and relevant industry stakeholders.
You will ideally have experience in developing new processes and improving existing processes, as well as a proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects and deadlines.
Additionally, you will be an intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Office products, including Visio and other project management tools, with a friendly can-do attitude.
An interest in the transport sector and some experience in project management would be advantageous.
