OurFoodstuffs South Island (FSSI) Cooperative includes our Service Centre inPapanui, our Distribution Centres in Hornby and Dunedin and our members PAK’nSAVE, New World, Four Square, Henry’s, RaewardFresh, On the Spot, and Trents.

Together we operate a wholesaleand retail network focused on our mission to Feed the South Island.

We arecurrently implementing a human capital management system and key people in ourteam are being seconded to work on this project fulltime.

This means we require fixed-term resource tobackfill key roles in our team. Reporting to our HR Manager, we are currentlylooking for an HR Administrator to join our team for a 12 month term.

You will beresponsible for managing the administration for the Human Resources team. This includes preparing employmentdocumentation, recruitment and onboarding administration and supporting theFoodstuffs nutritional education programme, Food for Thought.

To besuccessful in this role you will be a quick learner, well organised, andaccurate. A committed member of theteam, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with astrong focus on using technology to lift your own and other’s performance.

You will be confident in the Microsoft suite of softwareand be competent putting together presentations

Previousexperience working in an HR role is preferred, but not essential. A broad understanding of employmentlegislation is required.

This is a busyrole. Working hours are negotiable.
