The Opportunity : The Surgical Services Manager is integral to the delivery of both operational and clinical excellence at MercyAscot Hospitals.

You'll lead a team of eight Clinical Leaders across two private surgical hospitals, with nursing and support teams of 180+ employees.

You'll provide coaching and guidance to your team to ensure we exceed the expectations of our people, our specialists and our patients.

Your commercial acumen will ensure everyday business performance and your innovative approach will deliver an agile operation, enabling growth and contributing to our long term organisational success.

You will also be working collaboratively with the General Manager Operations contributing and helping shape strategy and delivering on key focus areas whilst maintaining alignment to our vision and values.

This is a key position and a fantastic opportunity for a senior operational leader to have impact and work as part of a high performing team.
