We are looking for a highly motivated team leader to lead our HR administration, advisory and vetting teams. Under a shared services model, these teams provide support across the Ministry to internal customers to provide a integrated, seamless delivery solutions.
Day-to-day you’ll be proactively managing workloads, priorities and solving problems! No two days are the same. As part of the broader HR Advisory Leadership Team, you’ll have the opportunity to make enhancements and improvements to a well-oiled machine.

We’re seeking an experienced Team Leader. A person who leads by example and can make the tough calls when needed. You’ll be someone who can see the big picture and understand the strategic context of projects and policy and how these apply in the real world.
Complementing this is your broad understanding of HR and ER policies and proven project / change management experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a given.
