Primary Care and Mental Health Services SCDHBThis job is comprisedof two distinct roles :

  • Clinical Lead (12 Hours per week)
  • Fixed-Term until June 2023
  • Implementation Lead (20 28 Hours per week)
  • Fixed-Term for 6-8 months

    You will be instrumental in integratingHealth Improvement Practitioners and Health Coaches to enable early access to mentalhealth and addiction services in Primary Care.

    Along with your clinicalexpertise, you will be someone with strong project management skills, with experienceoverseeing large scale projects in the past.

    You will manage the setup of thisnew service, which is an integrated model that will involve working with peopleand organisations that span the continuum of care.

    It will be a greatopportunity for you to use your skills in critical thinking, problem solvingand change management. You also need to be someone with excellent communicationskills, and the ability to quickly build relationships If you ve alwayswanted to be a leader in the health, this moment is yours! Notethat you need to be registered topractice in NZ with the relevant council for yourdiscipline.
