About the Role : As the Administrator of both our vehicle fleet and non-trade supplier contracts, you are responsible for leading the process and will be the go to for related activities to support Finance, Operations and the overall organisation.

Key responsibilities include : Ensuring that non-trade supplier contracts are correctly loaded and published into our Contract Management SystemDeveloping simplicity for business users to effectively search for and locate contracts in our Contract Management SystemManaging the company vehicle fleet and maintain accurate and up to date records of driver allocation and relevant cost centresDeveloping and reporting monthly on vehicle costs (rates and types) to ensure alignment to agreed contracted pricingAbout You : Thorough, strong eye for detail, top notch critical and problem solving skills this describes you down to a t.

Success in this role will be summed up with your ability to execute all of the above duties by being a helpful and trusted advisor to key stakeholders such as suppliers and our team members across TWG.
