Movio is a company of Vista Group International Ltd (NZX & ASX : VGL), a world leading company comprised of eight businesses that provide software, digital and online solutions to the global film industry.

Movio is experiencing major growth at a global level and has a need for two full-time NZ-based Account Managers to support the Asia Pacific region.

Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day service of an allocated portfolio of key regional cinema exhibitor client accounts and for supporting the Head of Client Services -

Asia Pacific in leading the implementation and ongoing use of Movio Cinema products and services.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong account management experience, and who wants to work with a variety of clients and challenges in a dynamic, growing company.

Requirements

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships in order to build and maintain client confidence in, and satisfaction with, Movio’s products and services
  • Lead and / or participate in on-going planning sessions to ensure clients are optimising use of Movio’s products and services as part of their broader Marketing and CRM strategy and specific campaign objectives
  • Conduct regular conference calls with each client in account portfolio, to ensure that clients are maximising their use of and benefits from the Movio Cinema console
  • Conduct operational consulting services as required, including but not limited to setting up well-targeted campaigns and recurring campaigns based on moviegoer behavioural triggers in the Movio Cinema console
  • Assist clients with regular measurement of specific campaign as well as overall program success
  • Conduct platform training for new client staff and around major platform enhancements
  • Recommend and prepare proposals for additional Movio products and services
  • Provide support for the Operations Manager in leading the requirements and asset gathering, planning and the implementation of client-facing projects
  • Develop project plans and liaise with all necessary stakeholders to ensure client requirements are met
  • Some international travel may be required
  • T o be considered for this role you will have :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in : a professional client management role e.g. project manager, account manager, team lead or any other hands-
  • on leadership role; and / or data-driven marketing, including but not limited to, developing database marketing strategy, CRM / Loyalty programme management, client journey or client lifecycle management

  • Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin is a must
  • Cinema, Marketing, Advertising or SaaS industry experience is preferable
  • Proven experience in analytical interpretation and insight generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for quality and attentive client service
