    Key responsibilities :

  • Manage demanding diaries, including interfacing regularly with clients to ensure efficient scheduling of meetings.
  • Anticipate and coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
  • Liaising with our clients and dealing proactively with incoming correspondence / enquiries and responding as appropriate.
  • Processing expenses for senior stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the management of CRM database systems.
  • Supporting the wider team with any administration requests as required.
  • Manage local and national internal and client events.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of internal data to support monitoring and reporting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
  • Build network of strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Previous experience working with professional services firm would be advantageous
  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
