We have a great regulatory change role available!About The RoleAs the Senior Regulatory Change Manager, you will have the opportunity to : Provide subject matter expertise on how to implement and adhere to regulatory change policies, processes and procedures to manage risk exposures within appetiteReview and challenge the application of regulatory change policies, processes and procedures and actively oversee completion of matters identified for improvement, ensuring transparency of progress at relevant governance ForumsWork in conjunction with the EPMO to be raising right-sized upcoming regulatory change for consideration through the checkpoint process and actively managing any regulation in the processContinuously improve regulatory change management policies, processes and templates and their actual application in the regulatory change programmes (leveraging the EPMO where appropriate)Engage and consult with regulatory bodies as required Demonstrate the ANZ values and contribute to a customer-centric culture, fostering collaboration across teams and business unitsRole Location : Wellington or AucklandRole Type : permanentAbout YouTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following : Expert understanding of change delivery frameworks, processes and requirementsExtensive experience in planning and delivery of regulatory changeStrong understanding of the NZ Regulatory environment.
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying complex regulatory requirements. Ability to efficiently and effectively acquire regulatory knowledge.
Strong understanding in the business processes and activities for the business area of oversight responsibilityExperience of leading through influence and collaborative style of workingPractical experience of leading through changeAbility to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships, including communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to work seamlessly across large and complex organisations and to facilitate the effective and efficient flow of information through the organisation.
