Flexible hours.Reporting to the Northern Region Fundraising and Marketing Manager this newly created role will be responsible for the planning and development of new and existing strategies to achieve fundraising goals and objectives within the Chinese community.
Key responsibilities include;Champion the partnership with the Chinese community.Lead the creation and management of the engagement strategy, relationship pipeline and fundraising plan.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Measure, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of strategies.
Prepare and submit proposals and presentationsTo be successful you will;Be well networked in the Chinese community.Have exceptional written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
Have experience managing donor relationships.Excellent relationship building and management skills.Have a collaborative approach and be comfortable working under tight time constraints.
