    This well-established telecommunications company are looking for a Customer Service star to join their ever-growing team in Tauranga.

    With over 23 stores nation-wide they hold a high reputation around New Zealand and pride themselves on being leaders in the telecommunication industry.

    This all comes down to the first-class customer service they provide nation-wide.

    The Role :

    This is a customer focused role where the right candidate will be offering clients various telecommunication packages and solutions to suite all needs.

    Because this is a customer service role, the ideal candidate will be polished and professional, bringing an outstanding positive attitude towards all clients.

    This is a full-time role, 5 days a week and may include working one day in the weekend. Duties will range from :

  • Providing full support for all incoming client queries
  • Suggesting and implementing solutions
  • Answering incoming communications to the business; Phone, Emails & Walk Ins
  • Full training will be provided on all areas of the role including plans and product knowledge. This training will take place in Auckland ensuring you are armed with all the knowledge that is needed to succeed in this role.

    Ideal candidate :

    To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will need to be performance focused, striving to always meet expectations with a willingness to progress within the role.

    Not only is being customer focused with a high level of confidence is a must have in this role. A positive attitude and the ability to interact with all walks of life will see you go far within this company.

    Some Customer service or sales background is advantageous but not essential. A strong work ethic is a must have.

    Skills & Experience :

  • Must be Tech Savvy
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Confident in dealing with customers
  • Performance and Customer focused
  • Reliable with great communication skills
