The team has six partners and over 20 lawyers. Our team covers transactional and advisory construction work (front-end), and dispute and dispute advisory work (back-end), across all sectors in the industry.
This opportunity is for a role in the back-end construction disputes team, based in Auckland, and headed up by the hugely experienced, award winning partners Stephen Price, Janine Stewart and Scott Thompson.
This role offers you the opportunity to work on complex, high-end construction litigation for an impressive client list, and will include matters such as defective buildings and Construction Contracts Act matters.
You will work closely with all the lawyers in the team and have plenty of client contact. This role offers you the chance to be involved in some of the most significant construction disputes in New Zealand from some of the leading practitioners in this area.
The ideal candidate will be intellectually and commercially astute and have 5+ years' litigation experience, including some construction experience.
