We are on the hunt for someone to provide proactive high quality support to our senior staff whilst also providing broader support across the office.

This role has variety! You could be supporting the financial processes of the team one minute, to assisting with the preparation of proposals or tender submissions the next.

We are looking for someone who :

  • has a flair for formatting documents and is a MS office superstar / expert
  • is interested in getting involved in preparing proposals and tenders
  • is good at problem solving issues with Microsoft Word
  • has experience with maintaining company templates
  • Key emphasis for this role will be the formatting of technical Microsoft Word documents, helping with proposals and tenders ranging in size from 10 to 200 + pages using Microsoft Word.

    Proficiency in understanding section breaks, page numbering, bookmarks, metadata and security are key fundamentals in being successful in this role.

    About you :

  • Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office, Acrobat and Excel, publishing skills, and Sharepoint
  • High attention to detail and professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Smart and assertive - GSOH essential!
  • Sound business acumen, with experience in the creation and analysis of financial and business performance reports
  • Strong organisational and time management skills - you use common sense and know how to get things done
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision a distinct advantage
