What you will do
Every commercial building in New Zealand must have at least an annual inspection to ensure that it has a working fire system and all the protections are in place to keep the people working there safe.
You will be in charge of monitoring the status of all our customers in Rotorua. To ensure that their surveys are completed on time and that if there is anything that needs to be done to make their site compliant that the work is completed.
Ensuring we keep our customers safe is literally everything our company does, so this role is a vital and valued part of our business.
How you will do it
Daily produce and deliver 12A documentation as per assigned accountability.
Maintain and upkeep of work in progressfor assigned area of accountability.
Liaise with third parties to ensure 12A or BWOF documentation is actioned timely.
Work collaboratively and support other departments with their compliance queries
Provide support to the Branch Manager with other tasks .

Often being the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will have a professional and helpful manner with the ability to establish and foster relationships with both external, and internal, clients.
Your sound ability to communicate with people at all levels, and use of initiative will assist you in providing accurate and reliable administration support.
Attention to detail, meeting deadlines, intermediate competency in MS Word & Excel, and a passion to learn, are a must in this busy role.
Knowledge of service order processing, NZ building compliance (BWOF) and fire protection experience an advantage although training will be provided.
