Our team is growing, and our goals are ambitious. Our construction contracts are typically between $30m and $70m in contract value.

And whilst we have four ready to go now, our development pipeline has a sustainable volume stretching into the future. This role isn't for the faint hearted, we're looking for someone to hit the ground running in this senior role and in return we'll offer you growth and development.

You will be interpreting architects' and designers' concepts and preparing documentation for internal feasibility purposes.

You'll have the chance to dazzle us with your strong capability of producing 3D computerised and physical modelling. And if that is not enough to entice you, you'll also be looking at new building technology solutions, building solutions and direct procurement outcomes for our team.

This role will obtain and review feedback from internal and external stakeholders in relation to as-built design, the running costs and the sustainability of the finished project, while ensuring lessons learned and improvements are incorporated into future designs.
