We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor who love's what they do and want to provide quality recruitment advice and solutions.

In this role you will provide awesome candidate care and great advice and support to People Leaders along with the delivery of end-to-end recruitment practices.

In our team you will be trusted to look after your portfolio and you will have the opportunity to work on projects and campaigns.

You will be interested in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and how we continue to attract candidates from diverse groups and demonstrate inclusivity in our recruitment practices.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu What you will bring

Key requirements of the role include :

Demonstrated experience within a similar recruitment role (internal or external experience)

Proven end to end recruitment experience and an ability to manage a high volume of frontline roles

Ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility and resilience to operate within an environment of changing demands and priorities

A team player, who is solution-focused, reliable and embrace's a 'can-do' attitude

Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work across a wide range of roles

Proven ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team projects

Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture is desirable
