This role is critical to delivering the Construction Sector Transformation Plan and we are seeking a seasoned professional who will enjoy the challenge of delivering the key initiatives and work streams to resolve issues across the sector.
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months and a negotiable salary package on offer!You will bring your expertise in project management and stakeholder management skills to lead the team to successfully deliver the initiatives of the Transformation Plan.
This role is fast-paced, and you will be confident in managing a high work volume and be agile and receptive to change.This is a key role in liaising between both sides of the sector (both public and private).
You will have proven experience in leading and influencing, with stakeholder engagement in your DNA. As you will have visibility across all workstreams, you are responsible for supporting workstream leads to secure and co-ordinate the necessary resources from both industry and government stakeholders.
This is a vital role in bringing together a number of initiatives through the management of multiple workstreams and with cross-sector stakeholders.

Launched in April 2019, the Accord outlines an agreed set of strategic goals, outcomes, principles and early initiatives to support lasting positive change.
Since the launch of the Accord, the key focus has been industry leadership and engagement to develop the Construction Sector Transformation Plan.
This Plan was launched in January 2020 and sets out 21 initiatives across six work streams that will create transformational change to deliver to the goals and vision of the Accord.
