Are you a professional motivated organised individual who has a dynamic and friendly approach to working within a team If so then this could be the perfect opportunity for you New Zealand Sothebys International Realty NZSIR is New Zealands premier real estate company with 16 offices nationwide This position will deal with many aspects of the real estate listing and selling process based out of our successful office in Waiheke The focus of the role is to support the Sales team with all property listings including all aspects of administration Being based on the front desk you will be the face of NZSIR for the region and therefore required to act as the brand ambassador including meeting hosting clients visitors Our Administrators work as a team to support our Salespeople across the country so assistance and support is just a phone call away Typical tasks will involve Compiling property information uploading and maintaining property listings on various websites Preparation and booking of advertising whilst adhering to brand guidelines Providing general administration support as requested by the Sales team Replenishment of all office supplies all general admin duties At times remote support for other offices nationally To succeed in this role you will need To be confident in balancing the highpriority needs of each Sales person Exceptional communication skills in both your verbal and written communications Resilience flexibility and meticulous attention to detail Excellent time management skills To deliver excellent service to our Sales team by providing proactive administration support To enjoy challenges and work well under pressure and prioritise workload To have a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile To enjoy working in a team environment and have a teamfocused attitude To be driven proactive and immaculately presented Other essential skills and attributes include A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administration role Strong computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft software Real estate industry experience is valuable but not essential as full training will be given If you are confident in your abilities to succeed and believe you will thrive in this exciting position please email your CV and covering letter outlining your relevant work experience and skills This is a permanent full time position ideally the start date would be asap as we have promoted internally Browns Real Estate Ltd licensed under the REAA 2008 MREINZ
