We currently have two opportunities for a motivated and highly organised HR coordinator and administrator to join our People and Culture team in Auckland on a permanent or Fixed Term contract respectively.
In these roles you will support the wider People and Culture team as well as representatives from the business in order to provide quality administration and efficient execution of employee transactional activities.
Coordination of activities for new employee inductions working closely with the business operations team to ensure that the PwC on-
Maintenance of all staff records, meeting statutory requirements and fulfilling PwC’s reporting requirements;Contribution to relevant People and Culture initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organisational effectiveness, efficiencies, and increasing the contribution of the People and Culture team to the businessSupport of recruitment activity through end-
to-end administration support.What do you need to bring to the role?This is a busy role and the expectation is high - to be successful you’ll be a self-
starter with a natural talent for establishing effective working relationships in an open and approachable manner. It goes without saying that you’ll be discreet, ensuring absolute confidentiality.
You will have a keen eye for detail, coupled with your service delivery mindset and organised approach to your work. You’ll bring some structure and order to your work, but you’ll be able to adapt to a rapidly changing and constantly moving business.
Most of all, you will be collaborative team player bringing a get things done’ attitude to your work. Experience in a large private sector organisation (either full-
