This role offers lots of variety across accounts payable, supporting the sales team and wider business, as well as customer service and reception duties.
As a critical member of the finance team, your main focus will be the accurate and timely management of the accounts payable process.
This is automated, however you will need to be switched on to spot and take action on any errors or anomalies. Based on reception, you will be the welcoming face of the company, providing helpful and efficient reception, customer service and administrative support.
There will also be the opportunity to assist the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with functions, greeting important guests and generally helping the office to run smoothly.
To shine in this role you will have a unique mix of strong administrative and people skills. Your attention to detail will be almost scary and you will be smart when it comes to technology and learning new computer programmes.
A team player who enjoys interacting with people, you can also focus and get the job done when required. You may currently be in an accounts or administration role and want more variety or to gain further experience in customer service and reception.
