This role is a key member of Te waka Hauora, our Maori health team. Itis also part of a wider team which will work across multiple services, agenciesand providers to better meet the holistic needs of service users in centralNelson.
This role will provide support and give leadership to the Nikau HauoraHub. As this service works to better meet the needs of people and whanau who needto access multiple and diverse health and social supports.
The role will work tocoordinate teams to develop goals and objectives established in partnershipwith the person / whanau and supported by the services and agencies involved towork towards achieving them.

You will have a strongbackground in health leadership. You will be a culturally competentpractitioner able to connect with people from different backgrounds.
You willbe experienced in working across the system with a range of organisations andpeople to deliver better health outcomes for our clients
