Commercial Lending Manager

Due to an internal promotion, we are currentlylooking for an experienced Commercial Lending Manager to join our HighValue Lending team based in the Auckland CBD.

Primary Role :

You will be focused on undertaking financialanalysis and completing complex lending applications for customers across avariety of industries, in conjunction with our Relationship Managers.

In duecourse you will be required to provide decisioning under both sole and dualapproval authority.

Preferred Qualifications :

Degree in a relevantbusiness discipline is ideal but relevant experience will be prioritised.

Your experience :

  • Minimum 4-5 years Commercial lending experience. Exposure to fixed plant and motor vehicle dealer wholesale funding would be an advantage.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, frequently at a senior level.
  • Judgemental credit decisioning non scorecard at large dollar levels.
  • Utilising strong financial analysis skills with exposure to complex customer groups
  • Documenting complex credit applications including identifying and discussing key risks
  • Working with minimum supervision but very much as part of an established team
  • Involvement in either formal or informal mentoring / leadership situations.
