Our Role

As a Senior Development Manager you will work within the Programme Team in developing, designing, consenting and delivering a major part of the Asset Management Strategy.

This will include development projects ranging from $1m to over $100m, subdivisions to mixed-use developments and inner city apartments, to be undertaken either in house or across the country in partnership with private sector developers and other social housing providers.

  • Be commercial and results focused with strong experience gained directly in a property development, building or consulting company
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have an understanding of the planning and consenting process
  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of financial planning
  • Have great relationship management skills, combined with the confidence and capability to creditably engage in the market to achieve successful outcomes
  • High level of negotiating skills and computer excellence are also necessary as is a property qualification at tertiary level
  • You can deliver, while managing your time across a wide range of complex tasks with competing deadlines
  • A demonstrated commitment to high standards of performance and culture
