    We have an exciting opportunity available for a friendly experienced Administrator who enjoys working a busy and vaied role.

    This role will be 30 hours per week.

    This person would be responsible for :

  • Sales and work order data entry,
  • Reception duties,
  • Processing and reconciling creditors invoices,
  • Processing timesheets and compiling information to send to our Payroll department,
  • Assisting the Office Manager with administration tasks on a day-to-day basis,
  • Assisting with coordinating work of the Service Technicians,
  • Various other administration duties including filing,
  • About You

  • Minimum two years' experience in administration,
  • Analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Attention to details,
  • Good team player,
  • Great verbal and written communication skills,
  • Friendly disposition,
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills, and work ethic,
