We have an exciting opportunity available for a friendly experienced Administrator who enjoys working a busy and vaied role.
This role will be 30 hours per week.
This person would be responsible for :
Sales and work order data entry,
Processing and reconciling creditors invoices,
Processing timesheets and compiling information to send to our Payroll department,
Assisting the Office Manager with administration tasks on a day-to-day basis,
Assisting with coordinating work of the Service Technicians,
Various other administration duties including filing,
Minimum two years' experience in administration,
Analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite,
Attention to details,
Good team player,
Great verbal and written communication skills,
Excellent time management, organisation skills, and work ethic,
