    About the role :

    We are seeking a person to join our team as Data Coordinator. You will be part of a team keen to deliver a high quality service.

    The data coordinator’s role is pivotal to ensuring that the pathway of a woman in the breast screening programme is accurately captured in its database.

    You would be assisting with the collection and data entry of Breast Screen Midland’s screening, assessment and treatment data as well as transferring files and setting up booking schedules.

    Required skills & experience :

  • have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
  • have excellent administrative computer skills
  • have an interest in promoting women's health and well-being, and be especially willing to embrace Tikanga Maori

    Waikato Hospital in Hamilton is a Level-1 trauma centre and one of New Zealand’s largest tertiary, teaching hospitals with over 600 inpatient beds and 22 operating theatres.

    Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.

    We also run a secondary hospital in Thames, and three rural hospitals in Te Kuiti, Taumarunui, and Tokoroa.
