The roleAs our Bakery Manager you'll be joining the high performing team at PAK'nSAVE Westgate in this key leadership role.
Core responsibilities will also include : Promote and encourage 'best practice' levels of customer service.Ensure sales and GP targets are met or exceeded and that wage costs are controlled appropriately.
To monitor sales and create opportunities to increase on last year.Ensure that PAK'nSAVE promotional pricing programmes are adopted so that the store presents a competitive and brand consistent offer to the market at all times.
Ensure range matches the format and customer service requirements whilst optimising stock holding levels and stock turn.Control all department costs.
Manage credits in a timely and tidy fashion to minimize waste and reduce loss.Ensure operational delivery standards are met or exceeded.
Develop and lead your team, creating future leaders for the business.This role is 45 hours per week and will include weekend work.
About youWith a focus on 'Thinking Customer', success in this role will also require;Retail experience as a manager.Previous Bakery experience.
Relevant Bakery qualifications.Computer literate and SAP experience.Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
