JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

New full-time position based in Wellington

Late January / early February start

The organisation has a brand new opportunity for a savvy, switched-on and dynamic Junior Accountant, ideally a graduate with some experience.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, contributing to the growth and development of a fast-growing business, and will report to the Senior Accountant.

The business uses Design-Thinking processes so the role will be ideal for a dynamic thinker.

The role will include the following :

  • Reconciliation of Staff Credit cards
  • Entering Supplier invoices and reconciling to supplier statements
  • Processing Customer Orders including entering into All Orders, QuickBooks and Mainfreight
  • Raising, processing and monitoring purchase orders for large stock orders
  • Liaising with manufacturers for above
  • Processing website sales
  • Assisting with other areas of Accounts when required and requested by the Senior Accountant
